At Sunset Family Fitness, we understand the need for on-site child supervision to accommodate both our members and visitors with preschool children.
NOW taking applications for Volunteers to help out in our PlayCare room. Each volunteer covers one 2 1/2 hour shift per week in return for a FREE membership including FREE classes and FREE PlayCare for their children. As we fill open supervised volunteer positions, we will post the available times. It is our hope to have all volunteer volunteer shifts filled this FALL. If you, or someone you know, could benefit from a FREE gym membership, or the use of the PlayCare room for their own children, please let us know at (503) 738-8304.
We currently have volunteers working during the following times — but it is best to call ahead.“OPEN” means that we are looking for a qualified volunteer at this time. If you are interested, we would like to fill our Mon/Wed/Fri AM shifts first.
Monday: 8:30 – 11 am OPEN
Tuesday: 8:30 – 11 am OPEN
Wednesday: 8:30 – 11 am OPEN
Thursday: 8:30 – 11 am OPEN
Friday: 8:30 – 11 am OPEN
Our PlayCare room is appropriate for children 6 months to 8 years (and older). It is a children’s play room, including building blocks, age-appropriate action figures, dolls, and pre-school games, puzzles, books (coloring, board, and chapter). Please contact us if you have any further questions.
