Youth Fitness

Registration for Fall session is OPEN — Runs from September 9th through October 23rd. 

 

Youth Fitness Classes run in 5-week sessions throughout the year; discounts for multiple classes within a session. Registration is required.

For Tumble Tykes, we require a minimum of 4 children to begin a class; for Youth Yoga, Youth Circuit, and Fit ‘Tweens, we require a minimum of 3 children to begin a class.

We pride ourselves in providing quality fitness programs for all ages, thus our motto: “Fitness for All Ages!”  Our youth fitness programs are designed to engage children from 2 to 12 years old in the FUNdamentals of fitness through structured physical program and unstructured play.

Trained instructors will lead the “Sunset Kids” through a variety of activities and games that will not only help develop skills in coordination and balance in the youngest participants, but also help older children make gains in physical performance and agility in addition to providing them with a basic understanding of fitness, health, and nutrition. For one-on-one training and youth members older than 12 years old, we provide special rates on personal training to help them meet specific personal training or weight-control goals.
